A modern and spacious information booth was designed for several institutions—the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Railway Institute, the Center for EU Transport Projects, and the Office of Rail Transport—following a successful tender. The concept was developed with a focus on comfort during numerous business meetings and high visitor traffic.
The layout was divided into clearly defined functional zones. Along the main walkway, a welcoming area features reception counters for all institutions, quick meeting tables, and an LED screen for presentations. Inside the booth, there are conference rooms as well as technical and kitchen facilities, while quieter areas provide comfortable spaces for private conversations.
The design maintains a neutral color palette with navy blue accents consistent with the exhibitors’ visual identities. Soft, rounded shapes improve visibility, communication flow, and movement throughout the booth. Warm wooden details add a natural touch, while linear wall lighting and illuminated logos highlight the presence of all four institutions. Suspended fabric banners with logos ensure visibility from key points across the exhibition hall.
Greenery plays an important role in the booth’s design—planters with flowers and a green wall beside the LED screen bring freshness, modernity, and a more relaxed atmosphere to the entire space.
