STORAGE of exhibition stand elements
As part of our logistics and support services for trade fairs and events, we offer storage of exhibition stand elements at our facility in Poznań. This is an ideal solution for clients planning to reuse stand structures multiple times.
We ensure that all components are professionally secured for the entire storage period. If required, we also carry out necessary repairs and maintenance, preparing the stands for their next exhibitions.
SUPPORT IN COMPLETING TRADE FAIR DOCUMENTATION
We take responsibility for all formalities, offering full support in completing trade fair documentation. Our team prepares the necessary utility connection designs, including electricity, water, compressed air, and internet. We also carry out structural and load calculations related to exhibition stands.
We monitor all technical deadlines and forms required by trade fair and industry event organizers, ensuring our clients peace of mind and a sense of security.
SUPPORT and MANAGEMENT
Our role does not end with the construction of the exhibition stand. As part of our logistics and event support services, we conduct training sessions during the so-called Client Day to ensure that exhibition stand operation is intuitive and efficient.
We also assist with the organization of the exhibition space. Throughout the entire event, we supervise all technical aspects, and once the trade fair is over, we take care of the stand dismantling process.
