Grupa PKP

A fully modular trade fair booth designed for the PKP Group — industrial, simple, and functional, with full accessibility for people with disabilities. The structure was built using the Maxima system combined with laminated panels. The outer walls featured illuminated DiBond panels displaying graphics of trains traversing Poland, giving the booth a distinctly modern character.

Suspended from the ceiling was a large drone with a 3.5-meter wingspan, serving as the booth’s central visual element. As a unique touch, visitors were also offered Polish apples, adding a friendly and authentic accent.

The booth was organized into several functional zones: conference rooms (with the option to combine two into a larger one), a main area for both quick and extended meetings, a professional kitchen, and a service area. One of the walls was fitted with a large LED screen, enabling dynamic multimedia presentations and effectively drawing visitors’ attention.
